Even though I’ve moved to Miami and really started marketing my business more in South Florida, I still travel home to Louisville pretty frequently and when I do I always try to make time to offer a few mini sessions. They are really fun, short, easy photo shoots that get you in and out (which is great for the kiddos and the occasional husband LOL) but still provides high quality beautiful images. Amber and Adam took me up on my mini sessions while I was in Louisville last. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten to photograph these two together because I took engagement photos for them when they hired me for their wedding over a year ago now. (God bless them for trusting a South Florida photographer to do their engagements and wedding photos! It’s getting harder and harder to market to Louisville when I can’t meet clients face to face, but they have been amazing people to work with.) Their wedding is coming up in June and I can’t wait to be there. In the meantime, it’s been great working with them as I travel back because I love getting to know them even better before the wedding comes up. I feel a lot more emotionally invested in their wedding now that I feel like I really know them as people, and even though I always give 100% at every wedding I do, I love to have a feeling of true connection when I’m working. I am so looking forward to watching them take their vows!
